Brittany was excellent with response time to messages, thank you. 1. Livingroom rug needs replacing & vent next to tv is dirty.2. Middle bedroom rug is stained/dirty & one corner is tapped to the floor with blue duct tape. Also the description is misleading about the beds. The description says "2 twin beds & 1 double bed". NO....There is 1 double bed, 1 day bed, with a pull out mattress.3. Hallway bathroom base boards & shower curtain is dirty, curtain rod is rusty, toilet is leaking & caulk is dirty.4. Cob webs in space between kitchen base cabinets & floor, under front of stove neede to be swept, and towel rack is dirty.5. Property sleeps 10 but there were only 2 chairs in the backyard.

House cleanliness was top notch and Brittany thought of all the things that we frequently forget to pack like certain toiletry items. The house was perfect for our trip to visit family in the area. Layout and decor was nice. Each room has a TV which is a big plus. Kitchen is equipped well for cooking a meal. Neighborhood is nice. Also, the beds and pillows (and extra pullows and blankets) were very comfortable. And there were actually plenty of bathroom linens for our weekend visit. In previous rentals, we have had to wash towels everyday. Not here because Brittany stocked the house so well. We didn’t have much time to use the patio but it was also nice place to relax.
