When you arrive tomorrow, please enter in from the gazebo side near the Christmas tree and type in code 4901 and turn counterclockwise and that will open the door.
Please keep your small heaters on in apt D in the bedroom? A part for the heating unit in apt D had to be replaced. No worries though, we will make sure you all stay warm and comfortable.

Thank you for your response. We had maintenance to repair any holes that were present to assist with preventing any bugs from coming in. Also, we do have regular pest control that comes in on a regular basis to perform pest control services for us. Additionally, in this part of Georgia, during this time of year, most households are being bothered with something called stink bugs. This is their mating season. Stink bugs do not sting and they are not dangerous. So, we are now letting our guests know if they see a stink bug to please gently put it outside. After the fall of the year subsides, we will probably not be bothered with stink bugs. Also, during the time Mr. Cabral came to visit, I was personally out of town and wasn't able do a customary walk through. Thankfully, our most recent guests gave us a 5 star so we definitely provided an A-1 experience for our most recent guest. If Mr. Cabral is ever in the area again, I certainly would like an opportunity to provide a better experience for him by offering him one days accommodations free. This is how confident I am that this was an isolated occurrence that is not customary with how we take care of our guest. Also, we had new guest helper trainees that may have not been quite up to speed in providing superior service that we usually provide. Again, apologies for Mr. Cabral not having a great experience with us this time and hope to be able to make it up to him in the future. Thank you. Kindly. Jackie and Sam Hosts
