• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• Please note that a $200 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• Heated pool: $150 extra
• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Waiver Agreement.
• There are pool, games and lotus pond on the property. Please watch out for your children. We’re not responsible for any injury or incidents on the property.
