We enjoyed our girls' trip at this lovely home. The location could not be beat. Just a very short drive over the Cortez bridge and we were at the beach! The neighborhood was very nice and the house had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a property in Bradenton.

Spacious!

Plenty of room, clean, and nice location within easy driving distance to beaches and restaurants. The pool was warm and beds were comfortable- I would definitely stay here again.

Property exactly as pictured, very well stocked kitchen and a beautiful pool. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Only a short drive to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. No complaints. Would book again.

Incredible Stay

My family and I would highly recommend staying here. We would rate our stay a 10/10. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, spacious and just all around great! We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check-in early, which was a blessing! We were close to pretty in proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Communication with the property manager was easy and we received quick responses. We will definitely book staying here in the future.

Perfect location

Had a great time in Charleston. Perfect location short walk from king street. Property was clean and had everything you could ask for. Property management was available for all questions. We will be coming back here!

Excellent Home for Vacation!

Loved everything about this house. I have stayed in many houses in the Cortez area and this one is top of the list! The location to AMI and stores is great as well as the beautiful back porch to sit and gaze at the pond and the birds! Manager was attentive to any issue immediately for our comfort. Highly recommend!

10 minutes from the beach. Perfect size for a family. More than enough towels. beautiful view of the pond from the lanai. super quick to respond to any issues. Fully stocked, even had a blender! I’d absolutely stay again.

Splendid getaway

A lovely quiet spot just minutes away from AMI. Even though the Blue Lagoon is so close to so many places, it feels secluded and is quite peaceful. The mini nature preserve behind the house is lovely. Perfect way to start your morning sitting in the screened in pool area sipping a cup of coffee watching the wildlife do their thing. The heated pool was an awesome way to relax after a nice day at the beach. The rental had everything you'd need to make your time in Florida as pleasant as possible. I would recommend the Villa Blue Lagoon to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay.

Beautiful house in lovely location

The house is beautifully presented and furnished with everything you could possibly need. All of the furniture is of a high standard and extremely comfortable. Really felt like a home away from home. The view from the lanai is lovely and we enjoyed many hours watching the turtles and birds on the lake. We were very sad to have to leave the property early due to hurricane Idalia.

Great home ans great location

The house is very clean and much like on pictures and very closed to beaches, outlets and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite calm. The communication with the management company was very fluid, we had a minor issue that has been managed during the day. The only regret is that the management company charged $100 for late check out We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home is newly decorated, and everything is just perfect. The pool overlooking the pond was a huge bonus. Location is close to so many beaches, restaurants, and activities. Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and beach items. I was disappointed that the rental company only provides three rolls of toilet paper for the entire home, and there wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen. That being said, I would stay at this home again and recommend it to anyone, especially families. Just be aware that you'll need to get everything at the grocery store.

Beautiful Florida Vacation Home

Heron’s watch home is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria island. The whole place made us feel at home; it looks just as pictured. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We enjoyed dining poolside and watching herons, turtles and even eagles outside. Pool is beautiful and our entire family enjoyed swimming and lounging by the pool. Entire home is immaculate and beautifully decorated! Parking in the garage is also a plus . Renting from Island Dreams realty is amazing - I will look for their listings next time as we’ve had a wonderful experience (this is our 2nd time renting from them). Don’t look any further and book this amazing vacation home before it’s too late!

Clean and well equipped home with great location!

We were very pleased with the availability of everything we needed during our stay. It was a beautiful clean home with a lovely pool. High chair, bouncy seat, pack n play, floats and noodles, etc. Everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

A Nice Get Away

Overall, our stay at Heron's Watch was nice. There were some things that should be adjusted/fixed for future guests: 1 - Pool: bottom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, the temperature was not 83 degrees as advertised 2 - Double bedroom: my daughter woke up EVERY morning with several bug bites from mosquitos, no see ums, spiders... and she slept under sheet and comforter. Pest control needs to be increased. 3 - Dishes: every pan, dish, bowl, glass, coffee mug, cooking and eating utensil needed to be re-washed before use. 4-Garage Door: automatic opener did not work, no batteries on site 5 - Kitchen floor: needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, we found a big piece of broken glass under pantry doors! 6 - Refrigerator: was set too low, after 2 days we realized this and had to throw away spoiled meats and produce. 7 - Single bedroom: blanket was dirty and needed to be washed 8 - Customer service: no one contacted me when I emailed my questions/concerns during our stay
