Ride your ATV directly from our property to local restaurants and bars. Walk or ride your ATV just 1 mile to a hidden pond for kayaking, swimming or fishing. Or hang out in the yard and play a game of Cornhole or Frisbee Golf. This 3-bedroom 2 bath Farmhouse and property is heaven on earth. Situated on 10 explorable acres in Saint Regis Falls - it has comfy couches and a Big TV and Big kitchen (fully equipped + 2 Keurigs with Coffee). This secluded property offers a master queen bedroom with bath, a 2nd bedroom with queen bed and then a 1 bunk bed with 1 twin/1 full bed (with tv) for the kids. This place is perfect for a family getaway or a home base for your exploration plans. With amenities like a jetted bathtub and terrific WiFi, you and your family can unwind in comfort. The living room with a sofa bed also provides additional space for relaxation. It's easy to see why you'll be able to feel right at home.

Beautiful, relaxing , spacious. The kitchen absolutely beautiful enjoyed cooking it. The beds are very comfortable. Overall 10 out of 10 can’t wait to make it back.
