The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is noon. Please empty all trash bins. Place any dirty towels in the upstairs bathroom tub. You may leave bed linens on the beds; I will take care of stripping them.
Please load any used dishes into the dishwasher and run it before departure. Don't forget to sign the guest book. Thank you for staying!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our host was attentive and provided a lovely home for 7 of us to have a quiet evening watching TV and unwinding after spending our days with our big Dickinson family over the Christmas week. We loved the beautiful Christmas tree in the front room and the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the house temperature was very pleasant. We loved being in a central location and walked to the rec center for ice skating, the T. rex center for shopping and Bluff park. We could not have been happier with our Dickinson rental.
