THE HOUSE:
- Sea view terraced house (50m2 first floor, 45m2 second floor).
- First floor: Living room, kitchen, 5m2 rear garden, lavatory with shower (access from rear garden), and 15m2 front terrace with a marvelous views to a sandy beach.
- Second floor: 1 bedroom with a bunch bed + sofa bed & 5m2 sea view terrace, 1 room with one big bed & 4m2 terrace looking to the rear garden, 1 complete bathroom.
- Non-covered parking place in front of the house.
- Free wifi (private connection)
- Climatisation with cold and hot air. The installation is new, so at the photos the equipment it is not still visible.

RESIDENTIAL AREA:
- The house is located in a select residential area around a sandy beach
- 5 km away from the town of Roses
- South-east orientation: sunny terrace during all the day!
- Located at the border of the Natural Park of Cap de Creus.
- There is no car road in front of this beach, so it is specially quiet. The beach parking lot is 100m from the shore. You can also reach the beach by walking from the house (10 min. going down, and 20 min. when returning back).
- Safe area and quiet roads where children can play safely.
- Charming neighbors, most of them coming from France.

Wunderschöner Blick über die Bucht

In der Nebensaison hatten wir es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der tolle Ausblick auf die kleine Bucht in Almadrava ist sehr schön. Die Lage am Rand des Naturschutzgebiets ermöglicht wunderschöne Wanderungen entlang der Küste, der Klippen und Buchten. Das Haus ist

Très bon séjour

Très agréable location sur plusieurs niveaux, bien équipée, avec une belle vue sur la plage. La météo était au rendez-vous, donc balades et baignades tous les jours de cette fin octobre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La route pour aller à la plage à pieds est raide mais ça se fait bien. Et la plage est magnifique et agréable avec des restos/bars de plage très sympas.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Top-Unterkunft

Im Oktober machten wir Urlaub an der Costa Brava, in der Ferienwohnung mit ganz tollem Meerblick. Die Wohnung liegt zwei Buchten (ca. 5,0 km) vom Stadtzentrum von Roses entfernt. Dadurch war es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Der Strand war (zu dieser Zeit) nicht überlaufen und schön gelegen. Von unserem Quartier aus konnte man auch Wanderungen und Autotouren ins Umland starten. Die Ferienwohnung grenzte an andere Wohnungen / "Reihenhäuser", die zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht bewohnt waren - also absolute Ruhe. Die Wohnung hatte (fast) alles, was im täglichen Leben gebraucht wird. Es fehlten nur Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine (nur Kaffee-Kapseln), das lies sich aber gut durch heißes Wasser vom Herd kompensieren. Die Terasse mit tollem Meerblick wurde von uns nicht nur zu den Essenzeiten genutzt, man konnte auch Abends lange draußen sitzen und dem Spiel von Licht und Wasser zuschauen und die Zeit vergessen. Wir haben uns hier schnell zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Alex war hervorragend. Er war sehr besorgt, ob alles i.O. sei, gab Hinweise und Tipps. Ein rundherum toller und erholsamer Urlaub.

Superbe location avec tout le confort, bien équipé propre à 5 minutes à pieds de la la plage et des propriétaires très sympathiques. Appartement idéalement situé pour départ de randonnée dans cette belle région ensoleillée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Balkon bieten einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Wir hatten sehr angenehme Wochen dort.

Nous avons passé un tres beau séjour. Maison propre. Propriétaire disponible et gentil. Atention si vous voulez aller à Cap de Creu ne passe pas pas la petite route dans la montagne elle est barré en basse saison mais on peu se rendre quand même assez loin et les points de vus son magnifique. Nous sommes allé faire un pic nic sur le sommet que l.on aperçoit de la maison .

A charming well equipped apartment overlooking a beautiful bay

Location, cleanliness and equipment are all important for us to make a vacation really enjoyable and this accommodation ticked all the right boxes. After a long three day drive from Ireland we were not disappointed with our destination. It was a delight to be there. Thank you for such a nice "home from home". We would certainly love to come back.

Une vue magnifique pour un appartement très agréable

Appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé (manque peut-être une essoreuse à salade et un barbecue !) et propre. Merci à Alex pour son accueil chaleureux et ses gentils cadeaux d'accueil. La literie est bonne. Une place de parking est réservée en bas de la location et c'est appréciable car manque de place de stationnement. Il faut avoir de bons mollets pour remonter de la plage, et préparer une bonne sangria pour l'arrivée... La vue est splendide de jour comme de nuit. On ne s'en lasse pas. Seul petit inconvénient : l'insonorisation et la promiscuité des locations qui peuvent être parfois gênantes avec des locataires indélicats...surtout la nuit. Je recommande sans retenue pour passer de bonnes vacances à Rosas

Ein wunderschöner Kurzrlaub (1 Woche)

Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und ist mit allen notwendingen Dingen eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht überweltigend. Da es für Anfang April für spanische Verhältnisse noch recht frisch ist, waren extra Heizkörper aufgestellt. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Vacances merveilleuses

Très bel appartement, bien localisé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tout était propre et bien entretenu avec en prime des propriétaires accueillants. Excellent endroit pour profiter de la mer tout en étant possible de faire de la randonnée. Très bon choix de restaurants et marchés, une auto est requise. Ne manquez pas le petit restaurant-bar sur la playa de L' Almadrava pour vos fins d'après-midi relax ou bien une randonnée au Cap de Creus, arrêt obligatoire au restaurant du Cap ou encore une escapade a Besalu et son pont fortifié. Nous étions 2 adultes mais l'appartement peu accommoder confortablement 4 personnes. La plage est accessible a pied mais le retour en pente permet de digérer les apéros. L'appartement et la Costa Brava est a recommander a tous nos amis, 10 jours de bonheur.

Vue imprenable sur la baie

Bel appartement bien très bien équipe dans collectif d appartement) au calme dans coteaux d alamadraba. Isolation phonique limite avec les voisins (surtout s il y a de jeunes enfants). A part cela, rien à dire....être sportif pour aller plusieurs fois par jour à la plage. Pas de commerce ( a 10 min à pied sinon). Propriétaire très serviable et accueillant.

Einfach traumhaft !

Geniale Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick von der Terrasse, alles entspricht 100% den Fotos. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter die ihr komplettes Inventar zur Verfügung stellen, inklusive Strandhandtücher. Es sind insgesamt 2 Balkone und 2 Terrassen vorhanden, dadurch gute Belüftungsmöglichkeit und Kühlung. Zum feinsandigen Strand sind es ca. 400 Meter sehr steiler Fußweg. In die Stadt Rosas fährt stündlich ein Bus, ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt ( Für Teenager ) Abends essen gehen sollte man nur in Roses, nicht in Almadrava Beach. Many thanks again for wonderful vacations !
