1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property lines. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. Enough parking for 15 Cars
4. No unauthorized parties or events are allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed at check-in.
8. ID Verification Check
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 20 guests both during the day and at night.
11. A Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations
