The villa features seven spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for every guest. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, and with a total of 17 air conditioners, the villa stays pleasantly cool throughout. Guests can unwind in eight beautifully appointed bathrooms, complete with showers, bathtubs, and hair dryers.

At the heart of the property lies a large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a lush garden, perfect for relaxation under the tropical sun. Villa Scalina also offers a variety of dedicated spaces to suit every guest: a children’s playroom, a fully equipped fitness room with LifeFitness equipment, and a private office overlooking the pool, complete with a monitor, printer, and wireless internet covering the house, garden, and pool area.

The social areas are equally impressive, with two elegant dining rooms, a stylish living room, and a modern Bora kitchen with pantry, equipped with high-end appliances including a Miele 90 cm baking oven, Nespresso coffee machine, two large LG refrigerators, and two ice machines. A powder room is conveniently located next to the living and dining spaces. For extended stays, guests benefit from a laundry room with two washing machines and one dryer, located in the garden villa adjacent to the main house. A wine cellar is currently being created, adding even more charm to this extraordinary home.

For guests who desire additional comfort, cleaning personnel, chefs, butlers, serving staff, and even an ironing lady can be arranged for an extra fee. To explore the island in style, rental cars such as the villa-owned Mercedes GLE 450 and Volvo XC40 are also available upon request.
