Two queen bedrooms make this ideal for a family or two couples traveling together. The kitchen is well appointed and all the linens and towel are provided. There is enough space to entertain if staying for a longer period of time. This property is adjacent to 115 Saint Marys Street and can also be booked on here.

We spent time here to visit our college student. Beautiful kitchen with ample prep space for meals. Comfy den with plenty of seating. Cozy beds and linens. Loved the proximity to everything in Dubuque. Property owner was quick to answer questions. Such a nice home-away-from-home! Will try to book again.

This fine old townhouse has been well updated. It is spacious and very conveniently located. Modern and comfortable enough to feel like home, old townhouse enough to feel like you are really experiencing Dubuque - this is a great place from which to explore the city.

Very nice property

We stayed in Dubuque for a weekend away. The property is in a great location, the house is well maintained, and the neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone looking to be in the Dubuque downtown.

Great property, comfortable beds and pillows, close to good restaurants, bars and shops downtown. The bedrooms had generous closet space and it was decorated with some cute art. Property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly to emails. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Property manager/owner was responsive and easy to deal with. This place is a great location if you want to be in walking distance for the south end of Main Street in downtown Dubuque!
