Renovated townhouse (117 Saint Marys St) nestled into the bluff downtown Dubuque. A close walk to many restaurants and shops in the area. Two queen bedrooms make this ideal for a family or two couples traveling together. The kitchen is well appointed and all the linens and towel are provided. There is enough space to entertain if staying for a longer period of time. This property is adjacent to 115 Saint Marys Street and can also be booked on here.

Weekend Getaway

Everything worked out well and was as expected. The home is charming and has a vintage feel with a lot of character. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. There was a musty smell when we arrived but it was probably because it was 98deg outside with 1000% humidity. It was in the ideal location for our event. Easily accessible. We always got parking right outside the home. Walkable distance or a very short drive to restaurants/bars, casino, and venue. If ever in Dubuque, check out this rental.

Modern updates and very comfortable.

This fine old townhouse has been well updated. It is spacious and very conveniently located. Modern and comfortable enough to feel like home, old townhouse enough to feel like you are really experiencing Dubuque - this is a great place from which to explore the city.

Trip home

Great property, comfortable beds and pillows, close to good restaurants, bars and shops downtown. The bedrooms had generous closet space and it was decorated with some cute art. Property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly to emails. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice property

We stayed in Dubuque for a weekend away. The property is in a great location, the house is well maintained, and the neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone looking to be in the Dubuque downtown.

Perfect stay in downtown Dubuque

This property if perfectly situated in Dubuque. The home was clean, well decorated, and had everything we could need. Instructions to access the home and to park were simple and the house was exactly as described. Walkable to local restaurants, breweries, and shops, or for an evening stroll. It was very quiet as well. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay again.

Parking hard to find near VRBO.

There was a very, very, narrow one way street for parking. My co-tenant/75 yr old uncle had to walk from around the corner after parking each evening. I wonder if a “Parking for VRBO Tenants Only” sign would help??

Nice place for a weekend getaway. Property manager/owner was responsive and easy to deal with. This place is a great location if you want to be in walking distance for the south end of Main Street in downtown Dubuque!

Weekend visiting family in the area

Motels all booked so I checked VRBO and this townhome was available. Quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and modern. Beautiful kitchen. Liked the layout. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. The manager always responded to my questions that I texted. When back in town at another family gathering I will check first if townhome is available. Check in and check out went smoothly
