This Apartment is located in a brand new development in the heart of Green Point. Great use of space ensures a comfortable stay with high-quality finishes throughout. Floor to ceiling glass looking out onto Greenpoint hustle and bustle.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment, the reserved underground parking bay and the use of the pool. The Pool may be out of action due to the water restrictions being imposed on the City of Cape Town.

Greenpoint has a great vibe to it, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. It is a 10 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront and Beachfront Promenade, as well as only a five minute drive into the city centre.

You can get all things done using Uber / Mycitibus or walking but there is also a reserved parking bay should you have a car with you during your stay.
