Good house and comfortable space to stay in. Although since I didn’t know the area it was a bit of a hassle to find the place to park when you don’t know how that works there, as well as when others block the one lane road to where you need to park in the back of the house. Neighborhood felt nice, with friendly people but nearby stores for shopping were a bit sketchy. Overall it suited my needs for Magfest and that’s what counts!

Here for tourist attractions, events/festivals/conventions? A cozy trip, planning to stay inside and relax? I stayed for 3 days total- WiFi is bad; the plan they have only covers the few “smart home” devices they have (doorbell cam, maybe the smart locks, and the thermostat). It cannot support the TV. I tried streaming shows and it buffered the entire time, many times for 5 minutes. Even after I defaulted to staying off my phone when trying to watch anything because you have to chose one or prepare to use your cell data the entire stay. There weren’t any paper towels upon arrival, nor was there a bag in the kitchen trashcan or any to replace that one or other trashcans in the house (the bathrooms had very small ones but no extra bags for those either). The only cleaning item left on site was a container of Clorox wipes in the kitchen. There was an unnecessary abundance of toilet paper though, 3 or 4 rolls per bathroom. Literally the only thing they had an excess of. The bottom floor is constantly cold. I kept raising the heat because there are no extra blankets provided besides the bedding upstairs and one very small, very thin black blanket used at the end of the bed for decoration. I provided my own blanket that I needed to wash before use, my own detergent and dryer sheets but found the door to the laundry closet LOCKED. So I bought a new blanket to keep me warm. At one point, thermostat read 80 and I was shivering on the couch. I was not alone, we both were cold.
Locked (supply) closet. Not the laundry closet
1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags, dropped off at the front door after I reached out. Thank you!
Under the kitchen sink, the cleaning supplies provided.
Decorative toilet paper in every bathroom you cant use; pre-dampened to the cardboard make the bow stick/set

Location was perfectly located and convenient for visiting everything. The home is very nice and clean and secure. Parking was free and easy to park close. The host was really easy to contact and replied quickly.Could have used more towels(1per person)for the 6 nights we were there and there was only one wash cloth for 2.5 bathrooms.Extra trash bags would have been nice to have. The curtains in the bedrooms allow way too much light in when trying to sleep and not wake with the sun. Just little conveniences would make this home the perfect rental.Thank you!
