Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The national mall is only a 15-20 minute drive. Would recommend!

Clean, no smell mold , cute , cozy , simple look ., good security. We have no problem . Nice bed and comfortable. I am thank you the owner did great job their care .

On the Vrbo ad. It shows it capable to rent for 6 people but it is wrong, the house only okay for 4 people. The host let us know before we arrive 30 minutes away so we can not do nothing about it to change the situation. Me, husband and 4 kids stayed with uncomfortable situations. Another big issue we faced we found full Gun magazine inside the drawer and we called the police to resolve the issues. this tells us the house did not clean at all. The area is great and feels safe.

I’m glad you enjoyed the area and felt safe during your stay. However I do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The listing clearly states that the property has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The property has TWO beds and is not advertised as sleeping six people. Common sense would tell you it sleeps 4 unless 3 people to one bed is normal. If Vrbo displayed a capacity of six guests due to a listing error, that is something I have addressed with Vrbo, as the property itself is and has always been limited to four guests. Regarding the gun magazine, this was absolutely not something that was intentionally left for guests! Our cleaners do a thorough cleaning of the property between stays, but they do not routinely open every drawer or inspect personal storage areas that appear empty. I am very sorry that this was missed, and I take the concern seriously. We have addressed it to make sure drawers and cabinets are checked more carefully going forward. You also didn’t bother to reach out once to address your issues.

DC trip

We had never stayed inside DC before. Was a bit worried about basement but house was very cozy. The deck was such a nice place to relax after a day of walking in the city. Neighbors so very nice.

Base for touristic trip in Washington DC

Practical and well located apartment. 25’ by bus to the Capitol. Very well equipped. As it is in the basement, the stairs are not for people with mobility issues. Parking was easy with the permit provided.
