Host was very responsive. Property not in the greatest neighborhood but did not feel unsafe. Conveniently located near major roads and attractions. The home is gated. The description did not mention 2 occupied RV's on the property. The home could have been cleaner, especially 1 bathroom that was not cleaned at all.

The house was clean and updated. The care package of toiletries is a nice touch. The kitchen is bare bones. An actual coffee maker would be nice instead of the keurigs. The mini fridge and microwave in each room felt unnecessary, do you actually only rent one room at a time? The hot tub was unusable because it couldn't be plugged in. But we really didn't want to be outside because the garbage bins smelled terribly. All in all it was an okay house that met our budget and needs.
