This was just the cutest house! Very very clean and had every supply you could imagine. The neighborhood felt safe and was just a few miles from stores and restaurants. The way it was decorated was with very good taste! The weather was around 100 degrees when we visiting and the house was always at a nice cool temp.

The home was immaculate and beautiful. It was a perfect space for our family and close to the relatives we were visiting. There were some many conveniences in the kitchen and comforts such as blankets and comfortable beds. We loved our stay!

My daughter and her family stayed here 2 nights while in town for our family Christmas gathering. She said this is the nicest rental they have every stayed in and they have stayed in a lot of them around the country. She said it had so many thoughtful extras that she hasn't seen in other rentals. Thank you for providing such a comfortable house for their stay.

What a fantastic house!! Not one detail was missed. Our family was so comfy in this home. One of the cleanest, charming homes we have vacationed in. The location was perfect. The fenced in backyard was awesome for our dog! I really can't say enough good things about this house. If you are reading this and considering booking, do it! We will be back next time we're in Van Buren.

The host, Laura was very responsive to my questions. The houses is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The amenities were as described, address and driving directions were received in a timely manner. Instructions for access and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. This is a nice comfortable property and we will reach out again in we have an event in the area. We were in town for the foliage train trip and this was perfect for our trip. Thanks

This house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our grandson played in a baseball tournament in Fort Smith and we were minutes away from the complex. Really cute house inside. Very nice and very clean. Kitchen supplied all the basic needs. The icemaker on the refrigerator didn't work but a countertop icemaker was provided. I definitely recommend this home to others. For our host...we could not find the remote to the living room tv. We searched everywhere. We just used a remote from one of the bedrooms. I don't want you to think we left with a tv remote or hid it somewhere.Will definitely consider the house if we have another overnight stay in the area.

Beautifully decorated home that is welcoming and has everything you need. The location was very good in relation to Van Buren and Ft.Smith. The only problem was the mattress in the 2nd bedroom. It was so uncomfortable that my spouse and I had to sleep in the 3rd bedroom which had twin beds.

The house was conveniently located in a spot were we were a few minutes close to everything and was really clean. We stayed to move my niece out of her dorm and though it was an 40 min away from campus it was an easy drive up and down I-40, and house located in a quiet neighborhood.
