An absolutely perfect location. It’s within walking distance to the train and downtown. The apartment was incredibly clean and well stocked and the host very communicative. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great little apartment. We stayed for four nights for medical procedures at Phelps Hospital. It was the perfect location. Very well-equipped with plenty of pillows and towels. Nice kitchen, although since it lacks a dishwasher, certain items had not been adequately cleaned and so we washed things before using them. The parking (on street and limited) is challenging, but we understood that when we made the reservation. We had great communication with the hosts throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of natural light throughout the space. Several apps were available for streaming, which made it easy to enjoy our favorite shows and movies during our downtime.Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I had a special request during our stay, and they were more than willing to accommodate it, which I truly appreciated.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and street parking was convenient and easy to find. The location was also great, with local markets, shops, and other conveniences nearby.Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. I would happily stay here again!

This is a spacious and super clean property with plenty of lighting (often an issue for me). The hosts were attentive. Comfortable bed. The apartment is close to restaurants and walkable to the park along the Hudson River.

Check-in was quick and easy. Communication throughout was excellent. I stayed during a very cold period (January) but the apartment was always comfortable. This is a lovely, quiet, if you will--bachelor pad--that was a perfect space to rest, relax, and have downtime between being with friends. The neighborhood environs are just wonderful. If you are looking for a quite retreat, this is your place.

I loved my stay at this sweet apartment for 7 nights! I wanted a rental where I could walk to the train for daily trips to NYC (Metro-North, Hudson line to Grand Central Station). This apartment worked perfectly! It's a short walk to the train station, although I ended up driving and parking there most days because of 4-hour street parking restrictions near the apartment. Parking anywhere in town was no problem once I figured out the parking company app. The apartment was also a very short walk to stores and restaurants in town on Main Street. I really appreciated the quick and friendly communications with the owners, and how nicely the apartment was decorated - very peaceful and inviting, especially after long days in the busy, hectic city. Also I liked looking out the windows at the Hudson River.Five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay in this sweet apartment in the quaint river town of Dobbs Ferry. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are nice and there’s even a little view of the Hudson. The host is attentive and checked in to see we had everything we needed. We loved the turn table with some choice vinyl records. It was great to be just 15 miles from NYC in the beauty of the country and so close to the train. The best of both worlds!

The property is very well located, a few minutes walk to downtown, the train station and the Croton Aqueduct trail. The neighborhood is safe, and on-street parking was almost always easy to find. It’s on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The landlord was friendly and responsive. We were there for three weeks, and for us the place seemed too small and insufficiently comfortable. There are no laundry facilities, which was an inconvenience. We wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays but it seems fine for shorter ones.
