Beautiful private guesthouse in Larchmont

Newly furnished 2nd floor detached studio with private entrance.  One large bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom with spacious shower, kitchenette, and armoire.  Lots of light and beautiful views overlooking luscious landscaping and the surrounding quiet Rouken Glen neighborhood.  Adirondack chairs in the main yard and outdoor dining table with heat lamp at the nearby main house available for your enjoyment.  Studio sits over garage.  High speed internet, cable/netflix, and sonos speaker included.  Access to spare washer/dryer in our basement is also available.  4 minute drive to the Larchmont train station, 35 minute train to Grand Central NYC.  Short drive to town and the coast of the Long Island Sound/Manor Park.  No parties please.

We wanted a place that would be beautiful and relaxing, yet with easy access to NYC. This entirely fit the bill. The host was incredibly warm and responsive. The studio was beautifully appointed, the bed was really comfortable, and it was impeccably clean. The little thoughtful details made us feel truly like guests—the careful selection of teas and coffees, the snacks for that midnight craving, the plush towels. We will stay here again!

This property is absolutely lovely!!! Spotlessly clean and a beautiful location . Joanna’s attention to detail with robes, snacks, beverages and area information was superb! We look forward staying again when we return!!

Joanna’s communication was fantastic, leading up to our trip and drying our stay. We were very comfortable in the accommodation and the location was just ten minutes from Iona University. Larchmont is beautiful with some really nice restaurants. The apartment was well stocked and we had everything we needed, with the offer to top up if needed. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great find!

This property was a great find! It is located in a beautiful, yet quiet, residential area. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. Joanna, the host, couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend it!

A Beautiful Guesthouse!

This location was perfect for a visit to NYC, shopping at the mall, and visiting family! The studio was beautiful, the garden was so relaxing, and it was very easy to find. Watching the fireflies dancing around the flowers at sunset felt like a dream! Joanna was a kind and thoughtful host!

Wonderful place to stay

My two sons and I were in Larchmont fir a regatta. Our stay at this property was perfect. The host was very thoughtful. The garden is amazing. Everything about this spot exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely spot in beautiful location

Attention parents (or anyone) visiting Iona University - this is a gem of a spot, 6 minutes from campus! Private, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable space that is a quick drive or Uber ride to campus. Biggest bonus? The shower is epic! Joanna is absolutely lovely and the whole process was hassle free. We would not hesitate to book again.

Well located and appointed studio

This studio was perfectly located and appointed for my 3 day golf trip to Westchester County. Great amenities, the kitchenette, Wi-Fi, cable, comfortable bedding and great outdoor setting area. Everything about the trip was easy and convenient. Would highly recommend to all, especially those who want a convenient location to some of the country’s finest golf courses with the added plus of quality dining nearby.
