The property felt very nice. It was clean. Parking was easy and there was a lot of room, however, I noticed the host liked to change up the rules and regulations before checking and during my stay. They tried to charge me extra for things that were allowed according to their rules and regulations but then tried to sneakily change their rules and try to upcharge me. Be careful with who you book with!

Be careful renting to this person. They had an unauthorized party which began after midnight. She only paid for 2 guests while over 8 guests stayed until 5am. Neighbors called the Police. Upon checkout the house smelled of Marijuana. Although smoking is only allowed outside no drugs are allowed. We had to change rules to prevent these young adults from renting only to through parties. They refused to pay for the extra guests. This is a quiet area and our only incident. New rules will ensure a safe quiet stay in this home.
