The space
Studio 4, offers modern amenities, including, WIFI, Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Desk, a sofa. Complimentary Coffee and Snacks, Queen bed, an adorable petite kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, and pots/pans. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, and body care essentials.

Private Parking lot vehicle and free street parking, first come first serve basis plus Free-Street parking. we also have extended parking at Empire Café. You will have a parking pass located inside the Studio.

We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. Our location is unbeatable - enjoy the freshest baked goods right next door at Common Bond, or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops, and bars - all within a short walking distance!

Guest access
We use Smart Locks through an App called August Home for easy and convenient access to your Studio with your cell phone. When you book with us you will automatically get an invitation to download the August Home App. This App sets you up with a virtual key to open the lock to your Studio with your cell phone upon arrival and during your stay.

We also have a Key for those guests that do not want to download the Smart lock App. Please contact me for details. Any lost keys there is a 50 Dollar fee.
