Guest Favorite! Not a new listing but had to be reset! The Magnolia Bungalow is a 1050 sq ft house located near Lakebottom Park in a quiet neighborhood. It's namesake being a huge oak tree sitting right in front of the residence. This is a wonderful newly remodeled residence that offers screaming fast 300+ meg, wifi, washer and dryer, a wonderful open kitchen, and a large back yard. Walking distance to Lakebottom Park, minutes from downtown Columbus, and only a 8 to 10 minute drive to Fort Benning depending on traffic!

Beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is two bedrooms but has lots of living space. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with any cooking utensils you need. Very clean and comfortable centrally located near historical sites.
