The property description did not clearly define the location of the half bathroom in the basement. A light stayed on in the basement, could not determine how to turn it off. The basement had several spider webs and spiders.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Kimberly. We’re sorry the location of the half bathroom was not clear during your stay. The half bathroom is noted as being in the basement, but we understand that additional detail in the listing may have been helpful. We also apologize for the concerns with the basement lighting and cleanliness, and we’ll share your comments with our team for review. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.
