Vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur endroit pour passer vos vacances dans le centre de Pentwater.

Cette unité de deuxième étage avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est au cœur de tous les grands magasins et des restaurants, juste en face du kiosque Village Green. Situé à une courte distance de marche de Charles Mears State Park. Les chambres se compose d'un lit king, 1 lit queen, deux jumeaux et leur sont deux canapés-lits pour les enfants (dormir confortablement 8); deux salles de bain complètes; une salle de séjour formelle avec foyer au gaz; salle à manger et grande salle familiale. Vous pouvez faire griller sur le pont expansive, bronzage ou tout simplement obtenir loin de tout! Cet appareil est équipé d'un chauffage central et la climatisation, télévision et accès internet. Il ya un parking privé pour deux véhicules et un parking public juste à la porte avant. Location de kayaks Plenty, vélos, scooter des mers, ponton et les bateaux de ski sont disponibles en ville.

Taux hebdomadaire standard est $ 1600 qui comprend les frais de nettoyage. Primes semaines de vacances sont offerts à $ 1,800. A 6% Michigan taxe d'utilisation sera ajouté. Nous aurons besoin d'un chèque séparé pour le dépôt de 500 $ de garantie remboursable. La moitié de loyer et contrat signé détient réservation. Appelez Dave Rose pour le contrat.

Out with the Old, in with the New.

We’ve gone to Pentwater for over 40 years. My wife’s family has always rented Graynook, every year until it was sold by the original owners. We had to find a new place and this property was perfect! Right downtown, Very Large property, awesome deck, big bedrooms, it was excellent!

Pentwater fun.

My week was divided into two sections. The first part of the week was my son and his two little ones (2 & 4). We played mini golf; hit the beach multiple times; ran up and down the sand dunes; and ate lots of ice cream. The last part of the week was my daughter and we basically did the same thing with her children on an older level (8-14). The older two loved the candy store and the quaint shops. My only regret was the lack of restaurants. However, we did not go hungry. It was a lot of fun.

Perfect Location

The apartment was centrally located within walking distance of the beach and close to good restaurants and shopping. Since it’s not far from Silver Lake, we got there easily to jet ski and ride horses at New Era. Our seven-year-old granddaughter participated in a reading program at the local library. Some drawbacks to the apartment were the number of steps to this second floor apartment, lack of a half bath(however the two full baths were fine),and parking immediately on site. The unit was spacious and affordable. Management responded immediately to any calls for repairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit.

Charming, spacious, convenient

The opportunity to stay here turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in Pentwater. The small town of Pentwater looks like a postcard and is extremely peaceful. Honestly, we found this place last minute and everything about it turned out to be perfect. In fact, the apartment, with its historic charm and lovely interior turned out to be one of the highlights of our vacation. CONVENIENT LOCATION: I can’t imagine a better place to stay in this area of Michigan. Pentwater is lovely by itself and you are within 15-20 mins of silver lake dunes, bass lake, and other nearby towns. The apartment itself is located above one of the picturesque and historic storefronts along the main street of Pentwater. The outdoor entrance that lead up to our apt, opened directly onto the Main Street. The farmers market, and marina were right across the street; the ice cream shop was one door down, and the quaint galleries and stores lined the sidewalk on either side. Most days we took the short walk to the beach on Lake Michigan (Mears park). This beach was great, it had public restrooms, concessions stand, clean sand, a boardwalk, and access to a lighthouse along a pier. ROOMS AND SIZE: The apartment is a spacious, quiet and lovely space. It has maintained its historic charm with high ceilings, hard word floors and sprawling floor plan with spacious rooms. We could all find a comfortable spot and hangout together in any of the large common rooms, including the two large ‘living rooms’, kitchen, dining room, and patio. Having this much room also allowed any one of us to find a quiet spot to read or drink a cup of coffee on our own. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. All 6 of us, including our 3 adult children, were able to sleep comfortably in rooms with real beds and enough space to feel at home. FYI- the address is SOUTH Hancock St (not north)

Surprisingly Spacious and Quiet

This downtown condo is more spacious than the pictures reveal. It can easily accommodate large groups for a special meal or game night with friends/family. It is decorated with lovely artwork and has beautiful wood trim. Even though this condo is located above a store along a main street, outside noise was seldom heard. And there are many benefits to having the local ice cream shop as a neighbor! At times, parking was a bit of a challenge but we did figure out the tricks after a couple days. Even though it lacks a yard, there is a beautiful park right across the street which is perfect for frisbee and enjoying their summer events. This condo would be difficult for someone who struggles with steps since the only access is a long stairway. However, it is a great way to get a little exercise after eating ice cream next door! We enjoyed our stay here and the unique perspective it provided of life in the quaint town of Pentwater.

Beautiful home, lots and lots of room, great location

This rental was beautiful. The rooms are massive and the private second floor deck was a big bonus. We traveled with four grown children and we were never in each other's way. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans large enough to cook for big eaters. No TV in master bedroom, which would have been nice. Linens not provided, so we will not be able to rent this great property again (we fly out).
