No Pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. Guests arriving with pets will not be accommodated—no exceptions. This helps prevent flea infestations and carpet damage.

No Excessive Drinking or Parties: This is a peaceful property, not a party venue. Loud gatherings, heavy drinking, or intoxication on the premises are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit, and discarding cigarette butts on the grounds is prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any cleaning or repair costs.

Water Note: The unit has soft water throughout, except the kitchen sink’s cold water tap, which is regular water for drinking and cooking.

Justin was wonderful in his description of the property and his communication before and during our stay. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the fireplace added some nice ambiance to the living room. The house is in a well-established quiet neighborhood. We were in town for the high school state swim meet and were able to walk to the school. It was an overall lovely time. Thank you, Justin.

The City Cabin Retreat was cozy and very clean. It was a cool retro type cabin with beautiful artwork on the walls and neat kitschy items on the shelves. The beds were comfortable and the living is full of comfortable recliners. A perfect place to sit and watch a movie. We will look forward to returning to stay here again.

Oh my, this place is perfect for the single person who wants and needs to unwind and relax. Great for more than one person too! There’s two good sized comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space for clothes and sundries, lots of quilts/covers for cold days/nights, a great central heating system, a backyard with plenty of furniture, the coldest kitchen freezer I’ve ever encountered, a gas living room fireplace, plenty of indoor lighting, a dishwasher, a quiet neighborhood, and a state of the art washer and dryer in the basement!Couple that with an eminently fair low price to stay there, and what more could you ask for!! They even have an American flag that can be easily mounted outside (I LOVE the patriotism!)This is a 6-star gem that begs inhabitation! I’m going back as soon as I can!
