Holiday House Villa Zelengaj is situated close to Ogulin (Croatia) , on a hill in the Škerići village, Gornje Dubrave. Location :
Ogulin is halfway between Zagreb and Rijeka, between Plitvice Lakes National Park, Gorski kotar and the northern Adriatic. Ogulin is famous for the famous Frankopan Castle, the Loch of Djula, Bjelolasica and Lake Sabljaci. The place is an hour drive from the Plitvice Lakes, the world-famous national park with beautiful waterfalls and lakes. In the surrounding area there are numerous hiking trails, walks for walks, and nearby cradle of Croatian alpinism (Klek). As a "city of fairy tales" the place is also known for "Ivanas House of Fairy Tales".

Get your backpack and embark on the path where you will enjoy the beauty of the lakes, springs and caves.

The space:

The house has three floors, and offers real introduction to the village life in this mountainous area. On the ground floor you can find an equipped tavern (konoba), an ideal place for gatherings and parties. On the same floor is the location of the finish sauna with view and the outdoor hot tub / jacuzzi (can not be used between 01.12 / 01.03 due winter conditions).

The first floor features a spacious living room, with adjacent dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, while the bedrooms are on the second floor. You don’t have to think a lot what to bring – the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and furniture.

The central heating (based on wood pellets and solar) makes this place a desirable destination in any time of the year. While you may enjoy winter holiday in warm surroundings of wooden furniture, in summer fresh air and nature will make your day!

Another two smaller terraces are accessible on the first and second floor, and they offer tremendous views on the Klek mountain and the surrounding nature.

Guests can use all the rooms, and there is also an outdoor heated jacuzzi and Finnish sauna with open views of nature.
