About this property

This condo offers panoramic views of Old Port and the Sea of Cortez. It is a stunning ground floor one bedroom condo with a 2800 sq foot walk out patio to the beach, Cristal garden, pools, swim up bar, jacuzzi and all amenities. (See listing 476397 for my 2 bedroom condo next door!) Don't waste time on elevators; access the common areas directly from your private patio with afternoon shade. This condo is located in the newest building in Phase 1, the Cristal building, which has the same interior finishes as Phase 2. Cristal 106 gets afternoon shade on the patio, and offers the best location for family fun on the beach! We believe this condo is in the best location of any condo at Las Palomas, offering unobstructed views of the beach and Old Port.

Las Palomas is a world class 4 star resort on Sandy Beach, with gated entrance, manicured grounds, walking trails, and an 18 hole championship golf course. The resort has 7 negative edge pools with waterfalls, jacuzzi, lazy rivers, water slides, swim-up bars, restaurants, fitness center and spa. Las Palomas is the ideal destination resort for families to enjoy the beautiful Sea of Cortez in complete luxury. Located 10 minutes from the Old Port area, enjoy the Malecon and local restaurants and shop. Return to your beautiful condo to relax in luxury.

Our condo has Phase 2 finishes, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful tile floors, and a marble bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. The condo has 1 large bedroom with a comfortable king bed, end tables, and smart TV. The living room has a Queen leather sofa sleeper and love seat, and a 50 inch smart TV.. All of the unique furnishings are from Guatemala. Wifi is available. We have high standards for maintaining our condo and have it deep cleaned and restocked annually. We upgrade bed linens and kitchen items every year.

Please note that the resort will provide a maximum of FOUR wristbands for this condo. One additional child under age 3 is permitted. The condo is in the rental pool. When renting a condo at Las Palomas, please note the following:

1. The resort processes all rentals and provides a confirmation letter to you showing the details of your reservation.

2. Payment for your reservation is processed by the resort.

3. If you rent outside the rules of Las Palomas, you run the risk of not being permitted to enter the resort and/or being required to book a different condo and pay the rack rate, which is the highest rate. You may also be denied services, including TV, telephone, internet access and on- site parking.

Every reservation is monitored. Don't be disappointed. Rent only through the Las Palomas rental pool.

We really enjoyed having a ground level room. It was perfect for my kids who went back and forth often. The kitchen had everything we needed! From knives to pots/pans and Tupperware! Very well stocked! The dryer was probably my favorite part. This room is all you need for a beach vaca.

What makes this property unique

This condo is one of the few in Las Palomas with a 2800 square foot patio with private stairs to pools and beach. The views from the patio are truly spectacular. The night views of the Puerto Penasco Old Port area are magical, like jewelry in the night!
