About this property

Mill Valley Hot Spot in the Center of Town

Live it up in the center of town where all the best that our "village" has to offer is literally steps outside your door. This includes cafe's, grocery, shops, theater, restaurants, live music, hiking/biking trails and the Town Square. Our apartment is warm and comfy with an abundance of natural light. The bedroom is beautiful with an extremely comfortable queen-size bed. The large kitchen is perfect for creating a home cooked meal and the bathroom is immaculately clean. High-speed internet, HD SmartTV for your subscription services and washer and dryer in unit!

The apartment has a private entrance. You enjoy one dedicated off-street parking space for the duration of your stay. This is a big deal considering our location :) There are no stairs to navigate, just two steps total. One step to enter the apartment and one to enter the bathroom. We have a gas wall furnace to keep things warm and cozy in the winter and AC for our beautiful summers. The washer and dryer is conveniently located within the apartment. All the lights including the bath are on dimmers, so you can create just the mood that you want.

Great Location, Everything You Need

Tucked away in the back, but quiet, clean, and convenient. Great little place for a home base if you are planning on being out and about for the majority of the time.

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! The apartment is great-and Gary the host is very responsive. Walking out the door right to the center of mill valley is 2 minutes is the best.

Ideal location

The property was as advertised and was a perfect match for our recent stay in Northern California. The convenient location with access to San Francisco by car and ferry, the wine country, the coast and everything within the lovely town of Mill Valley was ideal. We cannot wait to visit again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Gary's property was extremely clean, very well stocked and the full kitchen was a real plus. Many restaurants and a grocery store were within a 30 second to 2 minute walk. Pretty hard to beat. Gary was a great communicator as well.

Great space in a Great Location

This is the fourth time we've stayed here, and we were once again very please with having a living room, separate bedroom, and kitchen after a series of more confined hotels. Gary Ferronni has also made little, but important, upgrades like adding a window air conditioner i n the living room. This is definitely THE place sto stay for a couple without a car in Mill Valley.

Perfect location

This location is ideal to enjoy the area of Mill Valley! Gary was great to deal with, and everything was very easy. The apartment had a binder with some helpful resources for things to do, local restaurants, and tidbits about the unit. The apartment had everything you'd need, including a washer and dryer with detergent, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.Our only picky review would be that the shower was pretty small with low water pressure- but really, that was a minor detail.

Cozy Apartment, Dead Center of Mill Valley

Comfortable little apartment. There must be half a dozen restaurants within a couple of blocks, plus a good bakery, plus the Mill Valley Market. I had to take care learning how to back down the driveway to the parking place, but once I had, it was no big deal.

I'm a native to the area and had this rental for my Mother. For other travelers to know, parking is TERRIBLE. Tight maneuvering around another vehicle. I ended up scratching my car and was stuck/having to call AAA because of a large rock on the side of the driveway. We often used street parking/or at the bank nextdoor to pick her up. As as an aside, and this is not unique, the pictures give the impression of a larger unit than it actually is.
