Enjoy a private hot tub, cozy living spaces, and a game room featuring two full-size arcade-style games and a foosball table—great for hours of entertainment. The home is pet friendly, and for eco-conscious travelers, we also provide a NEMA 14-50 plug for EV charging (available for guest use).

Really cute property, Hide away parking right near the beach within 4 minutes away better then all those stairs and very quite. Kitchen is very nicely updated.

Excellent house in a great location, parking leaves a little to be desired and the kids bunk room is in the room that the front door opens to, but otherwise it's an excellent property and Rod is a GREAT host.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Olivia Beach. Everything was nice and new. The dishwasher washed flawlessly. The kitchen was well stocked. The freezer made really cool large round ice cubes which was great for having drinks. The showers had really great water pressure. There was excellent natural light and the home had a nice beach feel to it. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a terrific experience overall. We will definitely book this house for our next stay!

This was a fantatsic stay, accomodating five for a girls' weekend. Large comfortable beds, gas fireplace, easy access kitchen, and a hottub that was warmed and ready. Absolutely recommend!!

The house was clean, and there was plenty of sleeping space for our group although I do wish there were more fans as the home was very warm. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with walking access to the beach. The game room is directly when you walk into the property, which could be hard for the people sleeping as you go in/out. The shared driveway is unbelievably difficult to navigate, especially in an SUV and no street parking is allowed. Overall the home was cute, even though I experienced some "first world problems".

The house was immaculate! Beautiful house, location was amazing. The host had ice balls for cocktails in the freezer already for us! The hot tub was great. Easy check in and easy check out. The host was amazing! Will do this again. MP.

The place was just like the pictures!! It was so beautiful. Plenty of space and room for 10 people, great sized hot tub, so close to the beach, and is in a great neighborhood. Rod is a great host, quick to respond and always helpful. The driveway is steep, so don’t take a low to the ground car because it will get scraped on the way down. The garage door button also didn’t work but it sounds like it usually does, so hopefully that gets fixed. Other than that this house is great and I would love to stay here again!! 100% recommend!!

Hello, Rod and his wife were very friendly and easy to work with on our stay. They have a very beautiful home. Close and easy access to the beach. A park right down the street. Plenty of games and stuff to do at the house as well if you wanted. I would recommend everyone to stay. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Spent three days with my adult children and grandchildren and we had a very nice stay. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. Close to the beach but we had small children so we drove to the nearby beach. Host was very easy to reach and answered us in a very timely manner. I would recommend this property.

Olivia beach is the best area in Lincoln city and one of the best areas on the oregon coast. We have refreshed the entire house as follows: All new king bed frames, mattresses, new bunk beds including new mattresses. New TV's throughout the house. New games including Foosball and Playstation 5. The olivia beach neighborhood has so many amenities including: sand beach volleyball, Fire Pit, Heated swimming Pool, Workout Facility, park, outdoor grills, great access to the beach etc.
