Slice of South Dakota paradise!

Set on the north end of Pickerel Lake in the beautiful rolling prairie of northeastern South Dakota, this 2 BR/1 BA cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself! Sleeps 3-4. Deck, spacious lawn on large lot, excellent fishing off the dock, swimming. Wi-fi, washer-dryer, grill, fire pit.

Long-term rentals preferred; 1-week minimum.

One mile from State Park with boat access. NO BOAT TIE-UPS at DOCK. Boat parking in lot behind cabin.

IMPORTANT: Tell us a little about yourself and your plans in your booking request. If you are planning to bring a boat, acknowledge that you understand you cannot tie your boat at the dock in your rental request. VRBO requires a booking to initiate communication between renter and owner.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please follow the instructions in the renter's guide.
The trash must be secured in the bin behind the yellow shed and the bin pulled out from behind the shed for pickup.
All lights off, windows closed and locked, blinds drawn, heat off (if used).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No boats may be tied at the dock overnight.
