Vous cherchez un endroit spacieux pour séjourner sur un magnifique lac dans le nord-est de SD? Cette maison de 5 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain sur le lac Clear a des chambres spacieuses avec de nombreuses activités pour tout le monde. Trois chambres avec un canapé au rez-de-chaussée et 2 chambres et deux canapés au sous-sol walk-out. Livré avec 225 pieds de front de mer et un quai privé. Clear Lake est un lac calme et paisible qui est idéal pour toutes les activités récréatives et certaines des meilleures pêches autour. Profitez de la vue sur le lac et les magnifiques levers de soleil depuis la grande terrasse surélevée donnant sur l'eau. Faites griller des guimauves au-dessus du foyer ou jouez des sacs de fèves dans la cour. Livré avec table de billard, kayaks et pédalo pour encore plus de plaisir! La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, four à micro-ondes et tous les ustensiles de cuisine et plats dont vous aurez besoin.

Always enjoy our time at this house. Has everything we need and then some to make for an enjoyable time with our family. Did some nice improvements to the home since we stayed a couple years ago. They always have great fishing as well! Thanks much!!

Great Experience!

The property is absolutely lovely and Amy is an excellent host. She communicated very well and gave clear instructions for how to access the property. There are many amenities, comfortable beds, and we had a great time shooting pool in the evenings. Thanks Amy and family, we’ll be back!

Our annual family trip was awesome!! Enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the house was amazing clean. I usually bring my own bedding when I travel but found there was no need to do that here. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was plenty of room, we loved it!

Great place for vacation!

Our family really enjoyed everything about the property. There was plenty of space. Several outdoor spaces to enjoy. Fishing was good. Kyacks, pedal boat, and canoe available. Caught blue gills, bass and northern Pike right off the dock. Would highly recommend.

Return Trip

This is our second year at the house and it was excellent as usual! I can’t stress enough how great it is to have two full refrigerators for such a large group. This year we utilized the small beach by the boat access and that added a great experience for the littlest kids! The lake is awesome - so clean and fishing was great as usual. The house is incredibly clean and the kitchen is so well stocked we didn’t have to bring any extra supplies. Love this place!

Very Good Property

We had our first trip to this property in mid October and it was a spacious and warm place to stay during quite a weather event. We knew the home was still under construction so there were temporary doors in a few places. The radiant heat in the basement floor made the cold weather very comfortable. Good stay over all, however it will be even better next year we hope for our group when the basement and additional bathrooms are finished.

Family week

As our parents once had a cabin on Clear Lake, our time this week felt like old times...weather was great, food was great and it was a very quiet and relaxing week. The accommodations were nice, however we were surprised that the lower level was still being renovated? Would have been nice to know that two of the bedrooms had no doors or curtains or that one didn’t have a bed...but we made it work . Otherwise, it was a nice lake spot. Thanks

Beautiful lake house! Incredible lake!

It was a beautiful and big home on Clear Lake with an incredible view. There were tons of amenities--fire pit, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, hammock, pool table, movies, kids toys. We enjoyed all of this as well as fishing off the dock. we caught several blue gill and a few small mouth bass. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I saw in the reviews that they are under construction. They are finishing the lower level and the home has a few projects going on but it in no way bothered us. We were on vacation for a family reunion and had family close by. Surrounding towns are very tiny without much to do, but with a lake and good weather, who needs more to do! Only one tiny complaint--I don't spend much time with electronics while on vacation but there are no TV channels or wifi. They had tons of movies though so the one night we decided to watch TV before bed, we were okay. The owners checked on us and everything was overall awesome!! We would be happy to come back!!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO! We traveled with my entire family - five couples plus children and there was more than enough space for everyone. Plenty of towels and kitchenware provided - we cooked all of our meals at home so the wide variety of pots/pans etc was essential! There is a full fridge upstairs and downstairs which were both utilized. We had most of our breakfasts on the beautiful upper deck and were able to watch the kids swim off the dock from the lower deck. Plenty of yard space for a baseball game! The swimming was great - the lake is about four feet deep around the dock but no weeds and the kids had a blast jumping in. If we weren’t swimming - we were fishing which was excellent! Can fish right off the dock or take the boat out to other parts of the lake - you will find fish anywhere! Plenty of parking if you are bringing a boat and need a place for the trailer. The steps to the basement are a little steep and the floor can get a little slippery if wet so use caution if you have elderly travelers but it was very convenient to have a door that closed off the basement to keep crawling babies safe upstairs. This home was extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend and we look forward to booking again in the future!

My husband and I grew up in this area and always wanted a lake home when we were younger. Our dreams came true when we bought this property in 2010 and we are so in love with it. We currently live outside of Sioux Falls, SD and try to spend as many weekends there as possible. We can't be here very often so we decided to allow others to enjoy our beautiful property. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Clear Lake is a beautiful, quiet lake in Northeast SD. It's a great fishing and recreational lake and is never too busy. The home is on the West side in a quiet cove.

We love the views from the raised deck that overlooks the water. The sunrises are amazing and we look forward to getting up early with our coffee and watching it each morning! The kids love fishing off the dock - something is always biting. Walleye, Bass, Crappie, Perch, you name it!
