3 Bedroom Two story house minutes from San Juan Del Sur beach and town with pool

3 bedroom 2.5 bath house with private pool only a five minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the center of San Juan Del Sur town. The house is brand new with air conditioning, wifi, and backup electric whole house generator. Two stories, custom window blinds, house is completely furnished with very comfortable king, queen, and two twin adult size beds. There is an additional mattress available to put in the living room when there is 8 people. There is a covered back patio with a private swimming pool, and there is a barbeque grill. The kitchen is completely stocked with what you need to cook your daily meals and purified water is provided. Hot water in both full showers and in the kitchen sink. Netflix is provided on both televisions. The house is closely located to all of the attractions in the San Juan Del Sir, Nicaragua area.
