Whether you're seeking a weekend retreat or an extended vacation this coastal escape is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy island living at it's finest. It's peaceful and centrally located to the pier, East beach, shops & restaurants.

This condo is located on the ground floor for easy access and has free parking. Plenty of space for everyone with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, & laundry room.
The space
Relax and enjoy family time in the comfy living room & sunroom. Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen or order from delicious restaurants nearby. The living room and each bedroom has its own smart tv for you to login to your favorite streaming services. Great WiFi connection for work or play. Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen beds & 2 twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room for your convenience.

For your trip to the pool or beach the unit includes plenty of beach towels, 2 lounge chairs & beach toys. The complex also features a pool, gym and playground for guests.

Guests must be 21yrs old and up to book.

This place is EXACTLY as pictured and described. It's spacious and clean and quiet! So much better than a hotel room, and very reasonably priced!! Kitchen was perfect to cook and bake in when we wanted. Stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets, serveware, toaster, blender, and coffee pot. Laundry room was so nice to have! Host provided 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, a brand new sponge, bar soap for the bathrooms, plenty of towels, extra pillows, and plenty of hangers in the spacious closets. My son liked having his own TV in his room to watch Scooby Doo before bedtime! Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed having access to the pickleball/tennis court and played multiple times. Host responded to questions in a timely manner! Absolutely loved St. Simons Island! Highly recommend and would stay here again!
