The location of this property is excellent. Walk a block in one direction to enjoy sunsets by the water or walk a block in the opposite direction to 3rd Ave. where shopping and dining are plentiful. The apartment was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. Having dedicated laundry within the unit was also another definite plus.

This was everything we wanted. It was perfect. We had an amazing time. Everything was walkable. We did have a little trouble figuring out which unit was ours but it all worked out.

This was the best place ever! There are several units in this one-house complex. We stayed in Arbor, and I would request that unit again. The owners were very accommodating and communicative. We needed an iron and ironing board, and one was delivered that evening. My wife needed a first aid kit from a small accident while hiking, and the unit had one, which was a big help. It's only a block from downtown. I'm a small-time filmmaker, so I personally loved the Hollywood and filmmaking decorations.I can't speak for the other units, but ours seemed very quiet.
