A wonderful property in Ft Lauderdale. This property was very clean and in a perfect location right on the water. It is on the 2nd floor. There is a beautiful view of the canal from the balcony where you can watch boats go by all day. The host is awesome and very helpful with information on the local scene. We will defiantly stay here if in the area in the future.

It’s a great place with an awesome view of the canal. It was nice to sit out and watch the boats go by. The place is also conveniently located which made our stay even more enjoyable. Cathy was great host who communicated with us along the way and made us feel welcome.

This place was amazing!! We were so surprised that it was so big. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee and happy hour. Watching the boats go by was our favorite part. We called it a boat parade. We saw such gorgeous boats go by all day long. It was only a 15 minute walk to the ocean, shops and restaurants. We want to go back. Cathy, our host, was so kind. There even was a washer and dryer. We were so thankful that we found this great vacation spot!!

Our stay here in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea was Fantastic! Stayed for the month of Feb. and really enjoyed everything about this home. The place was in great condition and had everything we needed to feel at home. Plenty of towels and extras. Kitchen had all the necessary items to make pretty much anything we wanted. My daughter especially loved the Keurig coffee maker! Also ice maker in the fridge was great to keep the cooler full of ice for the beach ! Best thing about this home is the amazing deck which overlooks the intercoastal waterway. The sliding doors open entirely to bring the outside right into the living room! It was fun sitting out there and watching the many boats and yachts go by. Also unexpectedly saw manatees 3 mornings in a row right out in front of the sea wall. The patio was our favorite place to hang out. Cathy our host was fantastic in communicating before the trip and many times during our stay just to check in, plus she got back to us ASAP when we had a question. Also, this place is in such a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Yet, it was so close to everything! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Would 100% recommend this home to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo in Lauderdale‑by‑the‑Sea. The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. It was also extremely well equipped — beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, everything you need for effortless beach days.The location is outstanding. It’s an easy walk to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, and all the charm that makes LBTS such a special place. The condo’s intercoastal view is absolutely beautiful, and I loved sitting outside watching the yachts glide by — such a peaceful way to start and end the day.This condo truly offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty. I would absolutely stay here again.
