About this space
With a perfect location it's just a few minutes away from beaches as well as Parks. It is also 5 minutes away in streets with countless restaurants!

There is parking on the property, in front of the house, one parking lane, and two spots

Must be Twenty Three years old or older.

The space
Welcome to my 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom house. This home is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the City for business!

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other bedroom has two double-sized beds.

The living room has a TV with a Wi-Fi + Amazon TV over 300 channels around the world in multiple languages and also a TV in the guest room with Chromecast access.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

The house also includes a gym with 3 machines & weights, 4 folding bicycles, private infinity water view from the large windows, tank less water heater, 2 hair dryers, private backyard fence, an inground heated pool, 38' on the water, big 20’ deck with maximum of 35’ boat accessible, outside lunch area, an open Porch with 4 seats dining table, hammock, multiple pool chairs, and long chairs. There are also 2 chairs dining table and a portable BBQ outside, next to the pool.

A washer and a dryer are also ensuite for guests to use!

*As per the State By-Law Guidelines, for your comfort and safety to engage in moderate physical activity in the pool, the pool water heater temperature is set at 84F.
If the water temperature exceeds 104F, DO NOT ENTER IN THE POOL WATER, and please immediately advise management.
The pool has NO lifeguard on duty, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Children under the age of 15 may NOT use the swimming pool WITHOUT adult supervision.
People at risk with heart and blood pressure should refrain from entering the pool water… IT’S AT THEIR OWN RISK. If they still do, before entering the pool water, they should seek the doctor's advice and use extreme precautions.

*As per Fort Lauderdale City Code, Section 47-34.4.B.1., and the property policy, the following vehicles are not allowed on the property. They are Boat, boat on trailer, boat trailer, RV, commercial vehicle, mobile home, bus, or inoperable vehicle.

*A maximum of two passenger vehicles is allowed and they need to be park in the parking zone only.

*NO overnight street parking.

*Please note: Gnats have been observed in the area, particularly after rainfall, as the increased humidity appears to attract them.

*For any boat docking, it needs to be pre-approved by the property management.

* Please note: The water land line length is 38.5’ long. At their own risk, we can allow a Boat with the maximum length of 32’.

*As per the Fort Lauderdale Bylaws, the pool pump needs to be off from 9PM to 8AM (at night). Without the pump, the pool heater stops.
The actual pool water temperature is 84F and the outside temperature is 80F.
The pool heater is set up at 87F.

This property was beautiful! The house had everything you needed and then some. We really appreciated that there were laundry PODS to use and dishwasher tablets to get us started. Very nice touch! The location was close to lots of shopping/restaurants and about a 20 minute Uber ride to the coast/downtown area.

My wife and I had a relaxing week. House is exactly as advertised and very clean. Nice heated pool. Backyard is private with plantings and fence separating the neighbors.

This house is exactly as the photos show. Great for a small family. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. 15 minutes to local beaches and lots of restaurants nearby. Pool was warm. Caught some fish in the canal. Would stay again.

Great stay!

We liked this house. Quiet neighborhood with easy access. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pan and appliances. The door code for both doors did not work, so the manager let us in and changed the codes for us. The pool did turn green because of all the vegetation around it (no lanai). So we were unable to use it for 11/2 days. The towels need to be replaced. They are not good quality and are not white anymore.

This is probably the most noise polluted place I've ever stayed. Every morning, an hour or two of leaf blowing. Multiple neighbors have dogs that bark regularly throughout the day. The house is directly under the flight path for small prop planes. Just when you think there is going to be a moment of peace, one of the neighbors will start using power tools or turn on talk radio at full volume. It would have been comical except that it wasn't. We hardly spent any time poolside because of all the noise and had to sleep with earplugs. Otherwise, the house was fine.

WORST STAY WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!

This was the worst experience we have ever had. The pool was filthy and then when cleaned immediately dirty again. There is no filtration system moving at all. We had bites all over our bodies from the beds. We stayed 2 nights and left. The owners would give no refund. They claim they had the house checked for bugs and it was clean but our pictures and bites say otherwise. We travel regularly and have never had an experience like this. Please contact me directly for pictures of the bed bug bites, dead spiders and pictures of the dead animals outside as I’m sure they will try and defend themselves!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We will be fighting these charges with our credit card company and vrbo but are assuming we will lose the battle. Save yourself and don’t book here!!

Dear Mark, We always go Above & Beyond to ensure Guest expectations are met. We can assure you, if given the opportunity, we would have worked to address and remedy any of your concerns. Guests are Welcomed to reach us and we will do our best to handle any issue promptly. Candidly and without prejudice, on the third day, your party left early evening, without notice. After your departure, we were surprised to receive your comments and your refund request. After receiving them, we sent a team to inspect and assess your claims. The inspection conclusions were “none of your claims had merit, as well as, they were unfounded”, which pictures/videos can attest to it. We have great pride and peace of mind knowing our home is spotless, safe and germ-free for every guest arrival. We take no shortcut to ensure cleanliness of our property. Additionally, after every cleaning, the house is inspected and pictures/videos are sent to us for validation and confirmation. For the pool, twice weekly, a pool professional disinfect and service it. For the landscape maintenance, four times monthly, a team of professionals service it. Since your short stay, two families stayed at our house and we only had Good comments from them, such as, not limited to the following : “We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back in the late fall”.

Primero que nada agradecer enormemente a Michael, muy profesional y predispuesto. La casa, una delicia, limpia, ordenada, con todo lo necesario para disfrutarla desde el primer momento.
