This location has hosted thousands of guests over the last few years on various rental sites and is perfect for family reunions, bachelorette/bachelor weekends, or a company retreat. This listing offers 2 spacious apartments connected by an interior hallway that creates a space boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. 3 bedrooms/1 bath on first floor 1 bedroom/1 bath on second floor We are here to ensure that you have the best experience possible. As your hosts and property owners, we are on site and available to assist in any way needed at any time. The peninusula is the heart of Portland. This location is the perfect springboard for any and all Portland adventures. We are located in the East End which is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood with a mixture of old original buildings and new modern homes. You will find that within a 200 yards or less you will have access to over 20 breweries, distileries, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. During the warmer months, there is no need for a car or uber as you will be within walking distance of all the peninsula has to offer. If arriving by vehicle you will have three dedicated off street parking spots. Our location is approximately 5 minutes to the interstate, 10 minutes to the airport, and 7 minutes to the ferry.

Perfect spot for our wedding party

We got married in Maine this summer, and Anthony’s apartment was a fun alternative to a hotel for our wedding party. Both apartments (we rented both units) are clean and comfortable, parking is convenient, and we all had a blast!

Our stay in Portland was amazing, which was certainly impacted by our host and residence. The home comfortably slept 12 people as advertised, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 on the second, two couches with pullout beds. The home was in great condition when we arrived, clean linens, towels, and great kitchen. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk from Thames Street. More importantly Anthony was a great host. He worked with us to get our cars parked and luggage stored despite arriving well before our scheduled check in time. He gave us a lot of helpful recommendations about places to eat and things to do in Portland. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit Portland.

Perfect spot for our girls weekend!

We had 10 girls stay at this property for the weekend. The location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend. The place was clean and the owner was great about providing instructions about our check in and stay!

Great stay!

We rented both units for a bachelorette weekend, and had a great stay here! The location was very convenient to several great areas (east end, downtown, etc.) - and easily walkable to lots of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The apartments were very clean and decorated well - and great for big groups when rented together. Anthony was a super responsive, flexible, and helpful host. (My only recommendation would be a slight upgrade in bedding, since most of the beds didn't have a top sheet, & towels, which were on the smaller side.) Overall we had a great weekend in Portland – and would definitely come stay here again!

Great location, nice space, responsive and friendly owner/managers. For the rate, might think about upgrading bedding, but that’s just a quibble for a pleasant stay in a fun town.

Great spot

This was a great experience and stay for us. We had 10 guys for a bachelor party and the hosts were nothing but helpful throughout the whole process! The location was close to downtown which made for a short commute to all the action.

Great Girls Weekend!

We rented both units and stayed two nights for a bachelorette. House was decorated nicely and had a great layout. Owners live on site and were very helpful with offering recommendations where eat and grab drinks around town. The rental is walking distance to pretty much everything with ample parking also which was a huge plus. Suggest possible bringing bath towels if you like a large bath towel as the ones provided are smaller standard hotel size. Overall great house for groups. Would definitely consider staying again!

Why they chose this property

When we first came across the building in 2013 we absolutely fell in love with it. Originally constructed in 1905, it has gone through a complete renovation while keeping the charm of the original construction more than 100 years prior. In addition to the building itself, this property is within walking distance for absolutely anything and everything that Portland has to offer.
