Very Bright, Clean, and Comfortable Condo in Scottsdale. Great location to boot! Complex was very quiet considering the amount of condos in the complex. This condo was pet friendly, and so was the complex! We travel quite a bit and really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had a small problem and the owners took care of it right away. One note, it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the condo...so don't pack too heavily. Other than that..WE LOVED IT! Plus it had TWO enclosed patio's for our use. Kitchen was great...and the Bed was devine!! Really nice place! I would highly recommend it to our friend's for sure! :))))

Great location.

Rick and Katie were amazing hosts. They were very prompt with responses to our questions/issues. The location was close to downtown Scottsdale and the 2 pools were awesome. Although the spa closest to our pool was out of order the whole month we were there. Having the 2 patios to sit at was very nice. I gave a 4 to accuracy of online listing because it describes the furnishings as new and they were not. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty/stained and tattered. Rick and Katie did replace cushions as soon as they were able to. Also, the electric stove is outdated. Lastly, we were there a month and we came across 1 large and 1 small cockroach in the bathroom and a large one in the kitchen. Rick said he would have exterminators out after we left. Again, Rick and Katie were great hosts!

Beautiful Scottsdale

This property was in a wonderful location with great amenities. Richard was quick to answer our questions and when we had problems with the tv he purchased a new tv and had it installed for us. Our only suggestion is that he provide more towels.

Excellent property and highly recommend.

Stayed here January and February 2019. Clean and well appointed as shown. Would be nice if it had a washer and dryer in unit but laundry facility is in next building. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and about a 1 mile walk to Old Scottsdale. Beautiful pool and hot tub, friendly neighbors and dog friendly! Safe areas to walk our fur kids. Rick was extremely helpfu and prompt in getting a couple of problems fixed for us and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit our children.

Convenient Scottsdale Location

Condo is very comfortable, clean, and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Host responds quickly to any small issues encountered and has them fixed promptly. Photos of condo are accurate depiction of rooms and amenities. Excellent Wi FI and cable TV. Although condo can accommodate up to four persons with use of sofa bed, the single bathroom really is more suited to about two guests.

Rick was an amazing person to work with. We needed the condo with very little notice.

The condo is clean and well stocked. Great, large patio. We didn't use much as the temperatures in August are Hot. My granddaughter had her 8th birthday while we rented and had a great beach themed birthday party at the pool. We had a couple minor fix it's needed and everything was addressed and taken care of immediately. The location in Scottsdale can't be beat. Close to Everything. Entertainment, Groceries, Freeways.. Everything. Yes, we would rent again and recommend to friends.

Great pool, exercise gym and laundry facilities. close to Old Scottsdale and great eating places.

Highly recommend this condo

This was our second time staying at this complex. We returned because of the great location. Sunscapes Villas is within walking distance of Basha's, Walgreen's, good restaurants, and the San Francisco spring training camp. It was our first time staying in this condo and we were delighted with it. It was was very clean and well equipped just like home. The two patio's were a bonus; both had sun and there was always one patio in the shade. We also we liked the proximity to the pool area. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners Rick and Katie. They were very friendly and helpful. Katie has some of her beautiful art work displayed in the condo. We did miss not having a washer and dryer although the laundromat was less than a minutes walk away.

Sunscape unit 478515/February 2016

Property was clean and well maintained. When we did have a question, the owner responded immediately. The swimming pool and gym area were very clean and we used it daily. we used the grill area at the pool. Very clean and well maintained. Uncle Sal's and Oregano's were our favorite restaurants in the area, within walking distance. Basha's Food and Walgreens were also within walking distance. The SF Giants stadium, Scottsdale Stadium, was beautiful and about 6 blocks away. Old town Scottsdale was great and an easy walk. The neighbors were very friendly and quiet at night. We are coming back next year and did recommend this unit to other relatives. Barb & Paul

Clean, Comfortable, Central location

As regular visits and longer stays to Scottsdale are the norm, this unit has been the "go to" condo because of it's location, higher end furnishings and comfortable bed. The unit is simply and tastefully decorated, clean and very quiet. The complex has easy access to Olde Town, coffee shops, restaurants, bike paths, and even a grocery store within walking distance. Local activities include golfing, hiking, museums, the Desert Botanical Gardens to name a few. The owners are friendly and available. If you are planning a visit to Scottsdale, you will absolutely enjoy at stay at this condo!

Great venue for a Scottsdale introduction

This condo is in a great location with easy access to popular destinations. WE enjoyed local hiking, great restaurants, and the Desert Botanical Gardens. The condo has been beautifully renovated with all the comforts of home. Owner was very helpful. We had never been to Scottsdale before, and enjoyed our time here greatly. We will be back!

We live at the beach in California, but love the desert in Arizona too. Old Town Scottsdale has always been our favorite retreat. The spring training games, desert gardens, Fiesta Bowl and wild flowers draw us back every year.

We love the fact that the Indian Bend Wash bike path is adjacent to the condo. We walk to the restaurants and shops, Scottsdale stadium, parks, etc. Within biking distance is Papago peaks and Talking Stick.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We looked at many, many condos to purchase in Old Tow Scottsdale and decided Sunscape was the best location for us. We viewed at least 30 condos in Sunscape and fell in love with the end unit, double patio floor plan. It is light and airy and offers 400 feet of outdoor living space.
