Our neighborhood is just steps from Mountain Creek Resort, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and a thrilling waterpark—depending on the season! Love nature? You'll find endless hiking and biking trails, breathtaking lookout points, and peaceful lakes nearby.

Just a short drive away, explore the charming town of Warwick, NY, filled with boutique shops, cozy cafés, cideries, and orchards (hello, apple picking and cider donuts!). In the fall, the foliage is spectacular; in summer, the festivals come alive. Even family favorites like LegoLand are only 30 minutes away.

All this just one hour from NYC, but a world away in peace and beauty. Whether you're seeking adventure, a romantic getaway, or quality time with family, our neighborhood in Vernon is a hidden gem waiting to be explored.

Vernon is best explored by car, giving you the freedom to enjoy everything the area has to offer—from local farm stands and hiking trailheads to wineries and nearby towns like Warwick, NY.

Once you’re here, you’ll love how walkable some attractions are! Mountain Creek Resort is just steps from the building—no need to drive. Whether you're heading to the slopes, the waterpark, or dining nearby, everything is easily accessible on foot.

Need to venture a bit farther? Parking is free and easy throughout the area, and most spots are just a short scenic drive away. If you're looking for a little day trip, Warwick, NY is only 10 minutes north and full of charming shops, restaurants, and seasonal events.

While ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft are limited in this rural area, local taxis and car services are available with a little advance notice.

For a smooth, carefree visit, we recommend arriving by car and settling in for a stay full of adventure, beauty, and convenience!

Guest Access:
Condo, garage, lobby, pool area, fitness room, laundry & seasonal ski locker room.
→ Locked cleaner's closet & cabinet above the microwave are not accessible.

Other things to note:
· Privately owned condo in The Appalachian (not hotel-managed); the resort can be lively.

· Keep windows and the balcony door closed when using the heat or A/C. Fireplace is off during warmer months; seasonal décor may vary.

· Building amenities and rare events (power outages, weather, fire alarms, etc.) are beyond our control. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for these situations.

· Entrance construction is underway, but the pool and all amenities remain open. Please use the underground garage for the easiest access. Our condo is on the opposite side of the building, so no construction noise.

· No parties, pets, smoking, outside vendors, or mail/package deliveries.
