We had a wonderful time at the beach house! Everything was very comfortable and clean. Our teenagers had so much fun and loved the swing under the house. We had a very relaxing time.

Issues locking and unlocking doors, Keys were not easily accessible. Can't see the water from the porch. It served it's purpose for the weekend although any longer wouldn't have been worth it.

The gas grill had no propane there was two propane tanks, but they were both empty. The fire pit would not light and the keyless entry would function sometimes and sometimes not so thankfully, we did not leave the keys in the house. Sunday night we noticed a mouse or mice running throughout the house after realizing that we noticed there was mouse droppings all over the coffee area also even in the beds after we got back from dinner. Also was told that there was a view of the ocean from the deck which there is no view of the ocean from the deck. The toilet continued to run the rubber stopper wasn’t working correctly and the chain continued to get hung with in the handle.

Our maintenance team has checked and refilled both propane tanks and is also inspecting the fire pit ignition switch. The keyless entry system has been reviewed, and for added reliability, we’ll now have future guests use our lockboxes to prevent any lockout issues. We’ve scheduled immediate pest control service and replaced any affected linens and mattress protectors. The running toilet has been repaired, and the listing has been updated to clarify the deck view description for future guests. We’re committed to learning from this and ensuring that every guest has a comfortable, seamless stay. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to improve. We hope to welcome you back under better circumstances.
