This is a beautiful property. The pool and jacuzzi was a big plus and so very nice. Easy access to the beach. There was chairs, 2 coolers, and an umbrella to take to beach. We enjoyed our stay very much! The hosts responded within minutes and were always available. I could not ask for more on our trip to the beach! It was perfect! Highly recommended.

My family had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful and immaculate home for Thanksgiving week! The house has a great modern-beachy vibe and is well laid out and furnished. We loved the pool and spa out back, just steps from the living room. The kitchen was beautiful and very well-provisioned. The hosts, James and Chelcey were incredible and very responsive when we had a question. I would absolutely love to return here next time we are in the area! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Located right off the A1A this beautiful propety sits directly across from the white sand no-drive beach. With public beach access right at the corner, early morning walks to check the waves is less than a 2 minutes away. After a fun day at the beach come back to the Surf Villa to enjoy the hot tub or to cool off in the pool while enjoying your favorite beverage. The upper balconies are a great place to view the ocean while gathering around the fire pit to watch the stunning sunsets. Great memories are booking away from being created at The Ponce Inlet Surf Villa!

What makes this property unique

Our property was newly built in 2020 with all the state of the art featues a home should have. It is 2300 sqft featuring four bedrooms each with their own private on-suite bathroom and walk in closets. The home has 10ft ceilings below with 9ft ceilings on the upper level. There is direct access to the covered pool and spa from the living room and main level primary. The main level primary features a spa shower with multi heads in the private bedroom. Enjoy cotton candy sunsets from two upper balconies perfect for R&R and entertaining. This modern beach home is dream and a must book!
