The Space:

Camellias on Cannon – Suite A is part of a newly reimagined historic home just 3 blocks from King Street. Blending timeless architecture with polished comfort, this inviting retreat offers beautifully designed interiors and shared access to a courtyard with hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day in the Holy City.





PLEASE NOTE: The home is a duplex consisting of two completely separate Suites—A (ground floor) and B (second floor)—which are not connected internally and there are no shared indoor spaces. While each Suite has its own entrance and dedicated porch space, the courtyard and hot tub are shared among all guests staying at the property.





This listing is for Suite A – the entire ground floor.

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A (entire ground floor) and the front / side porch. The courtyard, hot tub, and parking are shared with Suite B (second floor).



• The house has electronic door locks and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: On-site for 1 vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops.



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions.



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown.



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Hot Tub Hours: 9 AM - 9 PM.



• Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.



• This home is divided into 2 completely separate Suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suite B is located on the 2nd floor. They share the courtyard, hot tub, and parking area.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of this risk.



• For security purposes only there are 4 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), and one monitoring the courtyard (including the hot tub).
