The home was lovely. The neighborhood is gentrified and in the 3ward which is close to all the activities for Houston rodeo. I would stay here again there is a driveway for parking and the water gets extremely hot so be careful. Back room bedroom bed was comfy and the bathroom had 2 sinks space. It does get pretty warm in the house but there are nice ceiling fans

The house was cozy, but had very little hot water and the dining room chairs were in bad condition. It was also not in the best neighborhood.

The host felt dismissive to my concerns. I mentioned the floors were sticky, sent a photo, and the home smelled like marijuana. The host dismissed my concerns by saying she personally inspected and detected no odor. The master sheets also smelled musty, but the host said they were professionally laundered.We had a very busy and important weekend so we declined to having the management company or cleaners come by while we were not there. A recent review voiced concerns about limited hot water, and we had the same issue, the water only felt warm, not hot. I inquired about the toaster and the ice cube trays, and was told that was not part of the “listed amenities”. Overall the stay was fine, this is an old neighborhood seems to be undergoing some gentrification.
