Welcome to this adorable house in Norman. With 3 bedrooms including 2 twin bed and 2 queen beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a game room,this place is perfect for a fantastic getaway. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, heating, a washer and dryer. Along with a fire pit with patio furniture to relax and there’s a two car shop with a Pool Table,ping-pong table, a picnic table and cornhole for you to enjoy. It’s about a mile and an half from OU campus and a mile and an half from Norman regional hospital. Enjoy a football game or the Sam Noble museum, bowling, escape rooms or go down to Westwood golf course that’s just a mile and a half away. There’s tons of restaurants near by. Enjoy all that Norman has to offer when you stay at our place.

The game room is kinda hard to lock. You have to push the door hard to get it to shut once it’s shut. You need to push by the deadbolt and hit the top button and it’ll lock. You will see/hear it lock.
Please make sure all doors and windows are shut and locked and ac is set at 75
To lock the front door, you just simply press the checkmark✅

I chose this neighborhood because it is close to the OU stadium and right in the heart of Norman where there’s never a dull moment and there’s plenty of exciting things to do!
What makes this property unique
Everything is new and carefully put together. I have amenities like a pool table, a ping-pong table, a picnic table and a fire pit for you and your friends and family to enjoy! We are just a mile and a half from OU campus.
