My husband and I are retired business professionals who decided to open a small business in Downtown Muscatine. We love to travel and enjoy new experiences. We enjoy beautiful scenery and landscapes. My husband is an avid biker, enjoying riding his bike in both urban and rural settings. We both enjoy music and shopping and discovering new venues.

Why they chose this property

Muscatine is a vibrant community with so much to do and see. The history of the town is rich with stories of great people pulling together to create this wonderful town. We love the walking and bike path, just a few steps from our location. We also enjoy eating at the local restaurants and pubs, as well as the great shopping and events downtown.

What makes this property unique

Located in a 100+year old historic building, that used to be The First National Bank, our loft was fully renovated in 2023 with modern upgrades while preserving the historic feel of the building. The loft features a very old safe door, originally in the Bank, now as a decorative addition to the loft living room. Sit in the comfortable living room and enjoy the views and people watching in downtown Muscatine.

We go above and beyond to stock the loft with all the amenities you might need to make your stay comfortable, and we are always available to help you with anything you might need.
