A set of apartments in a beautiful building in the historic center of Seville, the most central neighborhood in the historic area of ​​the Sevillian capital.
Just one minute from Sierpes Street and a five-minute walk from the cathedral: the perfect place to enjoy all the charm of Seville.

After a careful renovation, this 19th-century courtyard house, built under the influence of the city's great architects, opens its doors to travelers from around the world.

A delicate, barely perceptible interior design, incorporating numerous traditional elements of Sevillian culture, has helped us transform the apartments in this beautiful building into true homes where the travel experience is complemented by a personalized welcome and attention.

The building has 10 beautiful apartments and a comfortable terrace with a wonderful pool for relaxing on hot days.

Apartments distributions is as follows:

2 bedrooms +2 bathrooms units
1 bedroom +1 bathroom units.

Among other amenities, it has an elevator, free internet and Wi-Fi, a private washing machine, flat-screen TVs, a Nespresso coffee machine, and security doors.

We have cribs and high chairs available for families traveling with children, and if traveling by car, we can provide information on nearby parking.

The apartments have a cleaning service upon request. However, for longer stays, the apartment will be cleaned weekly, as well as a weekly change of bed and bathroom linens.
