Unique Duplex with 3 Private Terraces. Salvador Terrace

Este impresionante dúplex de 150 m² interiores ofrece una ubicación inmejorable en la calle Lineros, a pocos metros de la Plaza del Salvador y muy cerca de la Catedral y la Giralda.

La vivienda cuenta con cuatro dormitorios, dos baños completos (uno en suite), salón con zona de comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y tres terrazas privadas con mobiliario de jardín: dos terrazas de 80 m² en la planta superior y otra de 40 m² en la planta inferior, un verdadero lujo para disfrutar del clima sevillano.

Se accede por un elegante hall que conecta con dos dormitorios, los baños y una terraza privada. Al otro lado está la cocina, un tercer dormitorio y un acogedor salón. Desde el salón, unas escaleras conducen a la cuarta habitación y a las dos terrazas superiores, todas decoradas con gran cuidado.

We had a very nice stay. This apartment was nice, spacious and beautiful. Rooftop terrace was amazing and location is perfect. The only minor things were that the WiFi did not work in certain areas and there were a couple dirty dishes in the cabinet. Very minimal inconvenience is comparison to our amazing time in Seville. We would definitely stay again!

Rooms were spotless and we were very happy overall. The shower curtain in the bathroom was a little disappointing, but I’m sure that maybe it could not be fixed before our arrival. A couple of us needed extra pillows on each bed, but luckily there were spare beds to take them from. The quilt and sheets setup was a bit annoying — we would have preferred separate sheets and a quilt inside a cover.Ideal location. In actual fact it was perfect. We have all fallen in love with Seville.

Perfect Location and Very Spacious

We loved this place. Not only the city but the comfort of the apartment. We LOVE to sit, relax with coffee or wine. Multiple terraces, large living area, adorable bedrooms and kitchen. Central to everything and extremely safe. 100 percent recommend this for all.

Extremely well located property in the town center.

The appartment is 5-10 minutes from Cathedral. In the middle of the commercial centre, so there is a lot of nice shopping around. In front, there was the most famous Bar El Comercio which serves some of the best Churros of the city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with rental was fluid and they were helpful, even to book activiites in Seville. We had a very good time

Great location good for groups

we had a great time in Sevilla. The best part about this apartment is the location. It was perfect. I have a few minor complaints. The AC did bot work upstairs in the 4th bedroom so it was hot up there. There is also no bathroom on the top level and it would be very difficult to get down the marble stairs to get to the bathroom so that room was not very practical to sleep in. The outdoor space was nice to have but the furniture needs some upkeep or replacing. The microwave in the kitchen did not work. We were provided with complimentary coffee which was nice. It was a perfect location for a few nights.We absolutely love Sevilla. The property staff was very nice and easy to work with.

Perfect house in a wonderful location

From the flexibility of our arrival to the meet and greet and telling us about the locale, through to the wonderfully appointed apartment in a great location everything was more than we expected. The house is well laid out, lots of outside spaces and great facilities throughout. If there is one area for improvement, and this is really minor for me but more so for my teenage children, the WiFi is not very strong and doesn't reach throughout the apartment (but this hasn't stopped us reading this a 5 star). Not only that but Genteel were really accommodating letting us in early and checking throughout that things were going well. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone. We were a group of 6 and were comfortably catered for.

Great flat in the center of Sevilla

This flat was perfect for our stay in Sevilla. It is big and airy and the outdoor terraces are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was clean and well maintained. There were three items that kept me from giving it a five star rating: The most difficult aspect of the actual flat is the location of the two bathrooms. The master bedroom and one two single-bed rooms are next to the bathrooms. Down the hall is another bedroom with two singles and upstairs is the fourth bedroom with two singles. It's a great room but one has to go down steep stairs to get to the bathroom. It's better for younger guests who don't need to use the bathroom in the middle to of the night! The other difficult thing is just getting to the flat. It's on a pedestrian-only street so you have to find a parking garage and haul your suitcases to it. That would have been fine but several of the garages were full and it took us two hours to finally find a garage where we could park. That was a bit stressful. And lastly, as mentioned by another guest, there is a very strong smell of sewer gas at the bottom of stairs and even sometimes in the flat itself. Other than those three items, it's a lovely, fantastically located flat!

Genteel-Home has an agreement with parkings located in the heart of the city. In case our guest need them, we are pleased to book it for them. You can't access to the apartment's door by car, but you can arrive very close to it to drop the luggage. About the smell, we didn't have a report about that. Sometimes, if it rains a lot and then is sunny, we need to go and use an especific product, as we are talking about a typical old house, restaured, but keeping the structure. We are pleased to attend you during your stay in this cases and solve inmediatly the issue. That's very unusual, but in case it happens we can solve it at the momment. Of course, we would be pleased to accomodate you in further occasions. See you soon, and thank you for trust Genteel-Home!

Très classique et élégant

Cet appartement est très grand et lumineux. Nous étions huit personnes, ma famille et mes amis, et a eu un grand temps. Nous étions très à l'aise dans l'appartement. Les terrasses sont très grandes. Nous y retournerons. Merci!

Perfect location

This property suited us very well, a group of four friends on a city break. We loved having so much space, inside and out. The air conditioning was a bonus as it was very hot every day. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The location was perfect- five mins walk to the cathedral in one direction and five mins to the mushroom in the other direction. Seville has so much to offer. Highly recommend the free walking tours, whereas the open top bus was disappointing- very poor commentary. The only minor quibble switch the accommodation was that one of the showers was poor and seemed to have no thermostatic control. The shower in the ensuite was fine, but all four of us having to use that one meant slower starts to the day! Also worth mentioning that the nearby church bells do ring all night, which bothered one of our party in particular. But not enough to detract from a fantastic short break.

Great location, lovely apartment

The apartment is situated in/near the Santa Cruz barrio, which is the heartbeat of Sevilla and center of the action. Nearby is the Cathedral and Alcazar, along with many restaurants, bars, shops and flamenco options. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, including 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is centrally air-conditioned, which was a blessing this July. The patios are amazing and large, particularly the two patios connected to the upstairs bedroom. The back patio looks up at the dome of the Church of Salvador, which is about a block away, and you will also see other domes and towers in the distance. Overall, it was a wonderful location and a comfortable and well-stocked apartment and our family would highly recommend it.
