This quaint cape home is perfectly located for you to enjoy everything Sandwich has to offer. It is within walking distance to 4 great restaurants including the newly opened Treehouse Brewery. Less than a 10 minute ride to all the tourists spots like the glass museum, Heritage gardens, Hoxie house, and the new Zipline & Aerial Adventure Park. Take a drive on route 6A to see the beautiful marshes and unique shops the Cape has to offer.
Plenty of beaches to choose from such as Town Neck, Sandy Neck, Scussett Beach and Barnstable beaches are nearby. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated. You will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive.

Arlene is a wonderful host! She was very communicative and accommodating. You can't beat the location of the house and the deck/backyard are an added bonus.

Perfect space for family

My parents, husband, and our two children stayed here for a week. We have always stayed in this neighborhood when at the cape, but have to say this was our favorite house. Main reasons being: cleanliness, proximity to the beach, outdoor space, kindness of and ease of working with Arlene. Would absolutely rent again.

Our family had a wonderful time in Sandwich, weather was superb and the house had everything we needed. We loved the beach on the bay around the corner and walking over the Sandwich boardwalk. Had yummy dinners at the Pilot House & Fisherman’s View restaurants. Truly a beautiful part of the Cape and doesn’t take as long to get there.

Nice Cape Cod house!

Darling little Cape Cod home! Very clean. Nice backyard and balcony area for just relaxing. Perfect location for tourists like us. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home

Our host Arlene couldn’t be more helpful, and although the circumstances for our stay were sad (a death in family) the property was very clean and cozy.

Just lovely

Wonderful home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Walk to the beach to see the waves, stroll the neighborhood or visit all the shops and restaurants Sandwich has to offer. The home is very clean, cozy and has all that you need! The bedroom downstairs is great since I can’t climb stairs. Come and enjoy this property!

Perfect

We absolutely fell in love with this home, the neighborhood and Sandwich. It was our first time in the Cape and we hope to make it an annual trip. The house was perfect from the coastal inspired interior to the large fenced in backyard with fire pit. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for allowing us to rent this special place!

Cute little cottage

Great little cottage , had what we needed, great neighborhood, clean , friendly. Location, location , location. 5–10 minutes walk to the beach. Good restaurants, check out Off the Grid and Beth’s Bakery. After Labor Day is great time to come. We even survived the effects of hurricane Lee

we loved our stay, the place was clean and welcoming. On the other hand, the mattresses could be a little more comfortable. The negative point was the BBQ which was really very dirty, the container was full of oil which is very dangerous if a spark got into it. It took us an hour to scrub the grates and get it into satisfactory and safe condition.

Great property!

This was our second visit and we had an overall great trip and stay. There was an issue with check in where keys had not been placed in the box. However, Arlene was very communicative and quickly resolved the problem for us. Overall happy with the amenities and cleanliness of the property.

Another great summer visit!

Our family of 4 adults (plus a weekend visitor friend ) had plenty of room in this lovely traditional Cape Cod style home. The informative booklets and magazines provided by our kind host gave us so many great ideas for new experiences during our repeat stay ! We did not take advantage of the beach supplies this year as we focused more on biking and boat excursions , but welcomed the return to wonderfully cool air conditioning at the days end during what was one of the hottest weeks this summer! The deck was a favorite spot for having our morning coffee while enjoying the songbirds and the fenced backyard offered privacy . Our thanks to Arlene for sharing her home and always being available for questions . Looking forward to more Cape fun next year!
