The accommodations were as described, clean, spacious and a well appointed home. Communication with Alex was great and he graciously accomodated when we needed to asjust our checkin-checkout dates. The walk to the beach was truly 5 minutes.

The house was perfect for our family, everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the back deck, grill, and fire pit. It was great being able to walk to the beach. Perfect location. We would consider renting this house again. The host Alex was very helpful and friendly.

The property was very clean and perfect for multiple families. Master with on-suite downstairs and two bedrooms with bath on each side of the house upstairs (total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths). Fenced in yard was great for younger children. Short walk to the beach on the ocean. 20-25 minute walk to the ferry to the Vineyard. Kitchen was well stocked with 2 coffee makers (drip and Keurig).

The hosts were kind, available, and on top of everything. Rooms were clean. Parking was available for at least two cars and more. We had no issues at all everything worked and if it didnt we could always count on the hosts.I recommend the hosts and property to rent great area close to beach especially for little kids, enough rooms, and wonderful caring hosts. We lucked out.

The property was everything we hoped for: beautiful, clean, well stocked and quiet in a lovely neighborhood. It's close to the beach and shops without the noise. They even provide beach chairs and towels, what a bonus!! There's a very nice backyard with ample seating and tables. The green grass is accentuated with beautiful flowers. We met Val while she was planting flowers and she's so sweet! We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

We rented this place for a girl’s weekend to give a group of lifelong friends a chance to catch up with everyone’s lives. The place was well equipped with a great bed arrangement and perfect layout to hang at the house and chat. And try only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
