This cozy 100-year old bungalow is located steps away from historic Route 66 and is just a short walk or drive to many local attractions including Mother Road Market, BOK Center, TU, Cains Ballroom, Expo Square, Philbrook Museum, The Gathering Place, Farmers' Market and more!

This simple and thoughtfully curated home has everything you need whether it's making dinner at home or coming back to relax after a day on the town.

Our 900-sq foot bungalow has 2 bedrooms - 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom which are joined by a shared bathroom. Each room is equipped with a 42inch smart TV you can use to connect to streaming services.

The living room is set up for visiting, reading and listening to music. The record player doubles as a bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need to make a nice meal at home or quick breakfast.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use.

A small fenced backyard and porch swing in the front porch give options for enjoying the outdoors when the weather is nice!

These experiences influenced our decision to create a rental property. We still travel regularly but these days it’s alongside our growing girls. Jeff, a former restauranteur still cooks regularly and plays pickleball. Ayschia gardens and plays tennis when she can!

Route 66 is classic and we are excited to celebrate 100 years of the American road. It's also conveniently located to many of the hot spots you'll want to visit while in town.
