On the ground floor, has, living room with sofa, armchairs and TV 43 "(SKY), plus winter garden, toilet and full bathroom for visitors. The integrated kitchen is equipped with table, chairs, cabinets, fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, mineral water dispenser, blender, mixer, sandwich maker, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, serving dishes.
The main porch has a dining table, benches, comfortable chairs and hammocks.
At the top are 3 of the 4 suites and a nice balcony with hammock and armchairs. One of the suites is on the ground floor to facilitate accessibility for elderly with difficulty climbing stairs.
All suites have double box beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans (except the ground floor, which is equipped with a turbo fan), and electric showers.
The house is equipped with 2 extra double and 2 single mattresses.
The pool has a children's area with water jet and waterfall. On the deck there are 2 sun loungers, parasol, tables and chairs.
In the kiosk we have integrated barbecue, wood stove and oven, horizontal freezer, and tables, benches and chairs.
We have internal space for vehicle parking and parking outside, with surveillance by the condominium rounds.

- Up to 14 people including children will be accepted.
