The Ekman Carriage House is a fully renovated 1901 carriage house designed by famed architect Edward S. Stebbins; the designer of the Mary Tyler Moore House. This location offers easy and walkable access to iconic concert venues, epic sports stadiums, and beautiful outdoor spaces like Elliot Park and Gold Medal Park.

Please also note, this home is positioned next to interstate 94 which can produce noise including sirens, and general traffic noise. While many view this as white noise, we want to be transparent on the positioning of the house in case you are looking to avoid city sounds for your trip. We are happy to answer any specific questions you may have regarding noise.

Ideally located! Very nice home with all of the amenities: ice and coffee maker etc. I left my coffee behind on accident and was very grateful they were stocked.The remodel is outstanding as well! Quiet neighborhood and effectient driving to anywhere in the twin cities being located right near the highway.
